Hi,

Sean from MEDIN Work Stream 2 here. I have contacted you a couple of times regarding this question - we have been looking at the feasibility of capturing positional information in guidelines in formats other than simple CSV files. Examples
of more complex positional geometries include GIS shapefiles, WKT, KML, Oracle Spatial etc.

However, before we expand the guidelines to encompass these other positional types, MEDIN need to understand the capabilities of the DACs to handle them. Therefore, can I please ask that each DAC responds to me with a list of the different
positional formats that they are capable of handling?
