<div>Attached is a mapping between the parameter keywords we use to mark up MEDIN XML records that I’ve been intending to do for about a year and have now completed (thanks to Hannah doing 99% of the work!). I plan to load this version of the mapping into
the Vocabulary Server so there’s something in place for automated INSPIRE theme allocation in the tools to work on.</div>

<div>Note that this doesn’t mean the mapping is set in stone. Comments and amendments are welcome, particularly as this mapping has been far from straightforward with a lot of shoe-horning required (much harder than mapping to the ISO Topic Categories). Updates
may be implemented at any stage (unlike concepts, mappings are considered volatile in the VS governance model).</div>
