<div>MEDIN are running a workshop on MEDIN Data Guidelines (focussing on oceanographic and bathymetric data) and the MEDIN Discovery Metadata Standard on the 24<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font> September at the National
Oceanography Centre, Liverpool.</div>

<div>The workshop will run from 09:00 to 17:15 and will be split into a morning session on the Data Guidelines, and an afternoon session on the Discovery Metadata standard.</div>

<div>The workshop is free to attend and lunch and refreshments are provided. Please note a minimum of five attendees are required for MEDIN to hold the workshop. Limited car parking is available on request. </div>
