<div>Can those of you who wish to join in the next Standards Working Group meeting remotely through video rather than through teleconference please e-mail me, as I will need to provide our IT services with your e-mail addresses so they can test out the VC software
we intend to use. This software is called Vscene and will run off a desktop client or will link up with existing VC systems such as Polycom, Cisco, Lifesize. </div>

<div>I would appreciate a list of interested parties by middle of next week please at the latest, as I would like to Doodle Poll soon for best dates as well, and would be keen to know before I did this whether it is really practical to run the next meeting
remotely.</div>
