<div>Those of you who have indicated your desire to contribute should have received an e-mail invitation to a videoconference, which will commence at 11:00 on Tuesday 17<font size="1"><span style="font-size:7.3pt;"><sup>th</sup></span></font>. The meeting is
scheduled to run until 16:00 with a break for lunch. </div>

<div>Can I request that you all please fully test your VC kit well in advance of the meeting by using the link to the test conference that was supplied in your invitation. As backup, I have also booked a teleconference for the same time for anyone who struggles
with the VC. The details of the teleconference are at the base of the agenda.</div>
