Initially, I would start to assemble the knowledge using more familiar tools – my personal preference is Excel. What you need to build is spreadsheet containing at least two columns, one for terms (such as ‘lagoon’) and one for term definitions (such as ‘a body of water cut off from a larger body by a reef of sand or coral’).
