and working closely with Roy Lowry of the BODC and Frances Mitchell of the
WDC-A. But as there are principle decisions which must be made, f.ex., how to
handle duplicated codes and/or vessels. We would appreciate wider input here -

getting anybody who wants to be added to the list to e-mail me and I will add
them? I think getting somebody from DOD and SISMER is particularly important.
With more 'ears on' I'd be far more comfortable with the value of decisions
