the SeaDataNet project as well as our data strategy to be a "hub", we are

of synch mostly due to lack of governance. To get the codes back in synch and

code utility program (RECO), and working closely with Roy Lowry of the BODC
and Frances Mitchell of the WDC-A. But as there are principle decisions which
must be made, f.ex., how to handle duplicated codes and/or vessels. We would
appreciate wider input here - or to quote Roy:</FONT></BLOCKQUOTE>

getting anybody who wants to be added to the list to e-mail me and I will add
them? I think getting somebody from DOD and SISMER is particularly important.
With more 'ears on' I'd be far more comfortable with the value of decisions
