Dear Platform Group,

Additional information has come in for the vessel Anna Louise from UNITED KINGDOM.

Original Requester : Roy Lowry (rkl@bodc.ac.uk)

Code : 74XG
Name : Anna Louise
Flag : UNITED KINGDOM - GB (ISO Country Code)
Title : FV
Platform Class : Fishing vessel
Pennant : NN114
Commissioned Date : 1991
Decommissioned Date : 2006
Current Length : 8.1
Built : 1988
Notes : used for the YFS for 15 years between 1991 and 2006 (excluding 1997) for the south coast surveys, with a survey name labelled SOUT 1/YR

Additional Information Sources:

- Gary Burt

- marinemanagement.org.uk/fisheries/statistics/documents/vessels/.../2002.xls

General Comments:

From Gary Burt at Cefas.co.uk: Anna Louise was used for the YFS for 15 years between 1991 and 2006 (excluding 1997) for the south coast surveys, with a survey name labelled SOUT 1/YR. The vessel number was NN114. However, this does contrast with BRD 56 below, which was not used for the YFS, so I am not quite sure what this record is.
(Marilynn Sorensen 22/08/2011 00:00:00)

marinemanagement.org.uk/fisheries/statistics/documents/vessels/.../2002.xls confirms NN114. Anna Louise with BRD 56 is another Anna Louise (built 1982, 9.8 meter length) found in the marinemanagement.org.uk/fisheries/statistics/documents/vessels/.../2011.xls. Changed BRD 56 to NN114 and other fields to match 2002 info.
(Marilynn Sorensen 22/08/2011 00:00:00)

Kind regards,
The ICES Data Centre

International Council for the Exploration of the Sea
Email: accessions@ices.dk
Web: http://www.ices.dk

Tel: +45 3338 6718 Fax: +45 3393 4215
H.C.
