General Comments:

Cardigan Bay IMO 7207140 info confirmed in Miramar.

http://www.poheritage.com/Content/Mimsy/Media/factsheet/92887CARDIGAN-BAY-1972pdf.pdf states 21.04.1996: Registry transferred to Hamilton, Bermuda. Call sign ZCBF5.

Correcting confusion (caused by me) with Bay-class frigate.
(Roy Lowry 06/03/2013 00:00:00)

Email to Roy Lowry: Are you sure that the Cardigan Bay is your Naval vessel? Can you see when it was added? Susanne put in call sign GOYF. I find that GOYF is for a container ship - see information in attributes.

However - back in 1996-01-31 (the earliest SHIP list I can find) - there is no call sign. So, what to do? NODC/WOD lists have GOYF on many web sites.

I find no data for 74CB WOD 5698.
