General Comments:

Not finding any data at NODC to substantiate this platform, so lets go with 74KN.
(Don Collins 16/05/2013 00:00:00)

Is this the Aspire on NODC's list? 74KN without a call sign.
(Marilynn Sorensen 25/05/2011 00:00:00)

Aspire is most likely 74KN since OCL's vessel has title MFV ftp://ftp.nodc.noaa.gov/pub/WOD/CODES/PDF/s_3_shipname.pdf

There are two other Aspires listed in the reference book (pennants B 903 - the one you found on the Web - and LK 239) working out of Belfast and Lerwick.

The sort of cruises done by BF 234 where scallop and herring larvae stock surveys with no physical or chemical oceanographic data.
