<br />The US NODC had it as 90VC VICTOR BUGAEV until 2009-04-17 when it was changed to 90VC VIKTOR BUGAYEV. At present, the US NODC platform table includes 90VC - VIKTOR BUGAYEV and URVC - VICTOR BUGAEV.
