<br />Deleted the incorrect attributes from 2016. Created another code request for the later vessel.

<br />Th attributes I submitted except title and WOD code are incorrect. I discovered a note in WOD that the ship was active circa 1896, which means it has to be the second HMTS Monarch built in 1883 and sunk in 1915.
