<br />The requested ship name and call sign combination is for an instance when the ship was sailing under the Singaporean flag. The requested flag was the American flag, under which the ship formerly sailed, under another call sign. The decision to change the flag of this ship to Singapore was made, to be consistent with the requested call sign.
