This ship was originally requested as EVER UNIFIC, with call sign 9V7961, and sailing under the Panamanian flag. The call sign 9V7961 corresponds to a later instance of the ship, EVER UNIFIC, sailing under the Singaporean flag. When EVER UNIFIC sailed under the Panamanian flag, its call sign was 3FGB9. For consistency, two codes were creater: PAOO for the EVER UNIFIC/3FGB9 combination, and SI7B for the EVER UNIFIC/9V7961 combination.
