<br />This ship was originally requested as CMA CGM DON GIOVANNI, with call sign A8IE7 and as sailing under the Liberian flag. In meteo, the call sign A8IE7 is associated to the name LLOYD DON GIOVANNI. When CMA CGM DON GIOVANNI became LLOYD DON GIOVANNI, the call sign, MMSI, and flag remained unchanged. To better coordinate with the information sources and the history for this ship, two codes were created: 54DQ for CMA CGM DON GIOVANNI, and 54VO for LLOYD DON GIOVANNI.
