<br />This ship was originally requested as CSCL OCEANIA with call sign VRBI2. In METEO and ITU, the call sign VRBI2 is associated with SEASPAN OCEANIA, a later instance of the ship. When CSCL OCEANIA became SEASPAN OCEANIA, the call sign and MMSI remained unchanged. For consistency, two codes were created for this ship, both with call sign VRBI2: HKE9 for CSCL OCEANIA and HK48 for SEASPAN OCEANIA.
