<br />This ship was originally requested as EVEREST SPIRIT, with call sign C6FY8, and as sailing under the American flag. The call sign C6FY8 is associated with the Bahamian flag, under which this ship has sailed since its build. There is no evidence this ship ever sailed under the American flag. The mix up in the request likely stems from EVEREST SPIRIT having been recruited to the JCOMOPPS programme by the United States of America.
