<br />The original request was sent with the name KEOYANG MAJESTY. No evidence of the ship with IMO 9141326 ever being named KEOYANG MAJESTY was found. The name found for this ship while sailing under the Panamanian flag was KEYOANG ORIENT. The name was therefore changed for consistency.
