[Edserplo_users] Scatter Plot for Time Series

The scatter plot function doesn't seem to be working for me.  I did have a problem before when I had the incorrect version of java although this has been updated since.
There is very small cluster of points right in the centre of the axis with two major outliers which are not compatible with my time series data.  (Eastings and Northings have been derived)  I have tried to increase the zoom to see the cluster of points in the centre but the limit is reached before it makes a real difference.
 
Also I have found that the single parameter axis and data cycle values in the data cycle window change colour from the series colour that is chosen, even though the actual data series remain the same colour as has been chosen on the series page.  If I go back to the Series page and reselect the colours, they are rectified in the time series page so it can be worked around - just not sure why it is changing them in the first place.
