1) I have added support for span dissection

2) I have added support for sampling. However this is not yet done through interpolation as it should be.

3) I have modified the extension for model residual format to what it should be. Also the port number now gets displayed 
     and you can have hourly as well 1/4 hourly values

4) The derived channels no longer disappear after gap filling.

5) The residual is recomputed following a time shift.

6) A time-shifted series is properly plotted.

7) The time span now modifies as you cycle through the format permutations (200610, 2006Oct, 2006oct, 2006OCT) using 'm'.

8) I've logged bug 398 - iInterference between specifying settings file at invocation and use of OutputPage. There's an easy workaround 
    (save in dump file and restart) 

There's no support for filtering yet.
