[Edserplo_users] Update - revised settings take effect

Settings files are now binary objects and Edserplo can now store settings from the Port page which was not previously the case - on the Port page scale and base can change for each Port.

In this update we have relaxed the condition of of mutual exclusiveness between driver and individual files and Rashid has modified the invocation box so that the indvidual files appear one above the other. On typed input you MUST press the Enter key to ensure the entry passes to the lower box, otherwise it won't be used.

Because of the above changes you can now specify your driver options in your driver file and, if you're on Windows, drag-and-drop the data files to the icon. I.e. the driver file doesn't have to have any data files present. If you do initiate Edserplo in this way and perhaps don't use a driver file at all then you should know that the 'Start Edserplo' button is greyed out. To remedy this double click the driver tick-box!

For tidal work, Edserplo still cannot handle the output of port data on the Output page where the time goes backwards for a port. The port must be excluded. We are working on it.
