[Edserplo_users] Line thickness

In Serplo there was, as Polly rmembers, an option, activated from Page 1,  to double up the thickness of lines. This was to make the lines reasonable when printed.

I'm not aware that line thickness is a problem when people are performing their normal activities of screening and therefore I'm reluctant to include it as option except when saving the screen. Let me know if you think otherwise. The downside for us is maintenance overhead and the use of a couple of characters which would be better used in other ways.
