Hi Mal

The current meter scatter plot seems to be plotting the wrong way round. 
An example is /users/bodc2/cmd/isb830098/qxf/01a47300.isb83098 where in the time series the direction is predominantly north-south, but in the scatter plot the direction shows east-west.
