[Edserplo_users] Update: removal of annoying deficiencies - mostly relating to Edteva functionality

This update restores Rashid's Event handler so events older than a second get discarded.

There are 3 PortTimPage issues:

1) The vertical axis has been corrected. I plan however to utilise the original Edteva algorithm which is better - when I get a chance.

2) In gap filling the number of cycles to add is now precomputed as in Edteva.

3) Block interpolation now works.

Note that you should be able to scroll the page up and down with the roller-button as on the SeriesTimPage but this needs activating. There's also a problem with modifying the axis number on the PortPage which is currently unaddressed

Thread deadlock on Linux interactive invocation is no longer present (Bugzilla 189).

Pop-up menus on Windows seem to be OK now (instead of materialising progressively!).

Invocation button highlighting has been corrected (Bugzilla 171).

Quyen has addressed some track map plotting issues but they're not included in this update; he is currently working on the resolution of Cycle Window instability (like it changes shape on visiting the PortPage or SeriesPage). If we get this sorted before Wednesday, Libby, you'll be free to look at the next Dataring file.

Hopefully we have identified the source of the freezing problem but that remains to be seen.

Steve
