[Edserplo_users] Update

This update was required to fix bugs in reading the TASK format; two in fact: an inability to recognise the format and setting the wrong LFM for day fraction. The code remains to be tested against an ACCLAIM-format file (the same code handles both). 

The cycle window misreports time values if the LFM is wrong for the day fraction (this should never happen and remains to be corrected).

The disappearance of the OS check box at invocation hasn't been rectified yet. 

Also the cycle window listing can now accommodate integer and non-flagged data.

PS Liz the dataset in question interpolates across gaps, as I'm sure somebody is aware. Not flagged either!
