[Edserplo_users] Update: dynamic format addition

Although you shouldn't notice anything, there's been a major enhancement which allows for supplementary formats to be added by simply adding the containing JAR file to the class path. This has affected the following classes: Series, all Formats,  BODCFormat,  OutputPage and ChannelSilo. I have also removed the BODCFormatConstants interface. 
 
Geoff has corrected the port channel colour problem (at least we think so).
