Thanks Alex. Are these good enough for you, Nathan?

Hi Steve,

>From the Underway Transfer to BUDS-UKORS RVS Format document:

The BUDS loading programs automatically translates the RVS flags to their BODC equivalents as shown below:
0 > 'N' :missing data value
10, 25, 30 and 25 > 'L' :improbable value originator's quality control
40-43 > 'T' :interpolated value
45, 50-53, 55 and 60 > ' ' :good value

Hope it helps!

Alex

This should fix the OutputPage problem that SCONT has faced.

The class to read P* has been enhanced to include an RVS (UKORS) variant though a suitable flag mapping hasn't been defined (I'm scratching around for the RVS flag definitions at the moment. If anyone knows them or knows where they're defined perhaps they could tell me (e.g. 50 I think is good)). I have tried this out in Matlab and it fails with an out-of-memory errror for the Java heap when using serboh.m for a really large file (>100MB) but I guess that's to be expected! Edserplo can manage the same file.

Minor alterations affecting a large number of classes have also been made. Work is continuing on the Output page including tidal analysis.

The problem of lockup or freezing hasn't been solved but I need to be told that it's still there.

Steve
