[Edserplo_users] Update for Invocation and FormatPSTAR

For Windows users you will notice that there is an additional check box at the top of the invocation window. It allows a driver file created on Unix/Linux to be used on Windows. Note that if you don't use absolute names it won't find the files. For people using Linux within BODC (a population of one) the reverse mapping can be applied.

  /users/bodcsoft/ <-> l:\

 /users/otherid <-> l:\users\otherid

The equivalent line mode option is -d (as opposed to -D). Driver file options will be left unchanged.

Format PSTAR now maps the RVS variant numeric flags to BODC flags.
