[Edserplo_users] Minor update - Model Residual Format

This update cures a problem with viewing data where the day fraction is flagged 'N' (B#596) and allows hourly output of data in Model Residual format

When I came to test the .mdl output against Edteva I noticed some subtle and not so subtle differences.
     1) The output is trimmed to first and last actual days present in the month or span
     2) By default you get (unsampled) 15 minute output - on Edteva you get hourly output
     3) If you specify an interval you will probably lose first and last samples from the unsampled ouput (probably the same with Edteva)
     4) There's no support for interpolative flag mapping in Edserplo - currently being worked on.
