[Edserplo_users] Settings files

As some of you are uncomfortabley aware we have one or two bugs relating to the use of settings files. I'm in the process of a major rewrite of the software  dealing not only with the settings but also with the dump file - used for tidal work in general and Dataring in particular - which too carries the settings.

Anyone who wants to have their settings files converted can e-mail me the details. I'm not expecting to convert Edserplo dump files.
