[Edserplo_users] Update - minor

In using Edserplo to process port dump files it is possible to have ports with no data - they're identified in the .port file. A correction has been put in to stop selection on these ports occurring when using the 'V' option.

Note for Developers: aspects of selection in identifiers selection (Series, Channels, Ports) have been reworked. and  SVN has been updated. TidalAnalysisId has also changed because the date of the analysis is a distinguishing feature of the analysis (ideally it should be a data signature).
