[Edserplo_users] Duxmod update

If you use Edteva with the expectation of subsequently using Duxmod you can change to Edserplo mid-process, as it were, because you can create a new Edserplo dump file from the old Edteva file and run the new Duxmod against that. 

Although possibly academic I thought I would try it as an extended test of the system. As it happens I did find a bug. You may need to give full pathnames to discriminate the two Duxmods.
