[Edserplo_users] Tidal analysis now available for all periods of data

Bug 916 has been fixed. This is the use  of 'V' to toggle selection of series on the Series page - which had been effectively, though not visually, disabled.  

Bug 769 has also been fixed. Edserplo was encountering problems with the S3 constituent because the wrong set of constituents had been selected. S3 doesn't now feature as a constituent to analyse for (on an automatic basis).

Sets of (tidal) analysis constants are now in the JAR file - so the code can go anywhere. There are inconsistencies in the capitalisation used in these constants (e.g.MSf and Msf) so the selection has now been made independent of case. A message threading problem associated with the Ouput page has, I hope, been corrected. If left uncorrected the program could lock up completely and do so repeatedly after each restart!
