[Edserplo_users] Re Robin's communication

The native Windows version of Edserplo wasn't working. This must be the bug identified in  Bugzilla #1200 - which has been fixed. It's probably best to revert to this rather than using the L: drive shortcut (the latter is sometimes used as a halfway house between development and testing).

Edserplo via Windows is not working today. However, don't despair, the Linux version is functioning. Steve set up a shortcut at L:shortcuts.
