Dear MEDIN DAC Working Group,

Please find enclosed a slightly revised agenda for the DAC WG meeting in London tomorrow. We have added in an item under 5. Data Archiving relating to data collected under The Crown Estate Small Works Consents programme. Paper P5 (attached) relates to this. Also attached is P6, a discussion document outlining the process including central coordination for handling multidisciplinary data. Unfortunately I have not progressed sufficiently with the DAC Annual Report (P4) to distribute it, but I will give a verbal update.

Please find enclosed the draft agenda for the DAC WG meeting on 14 July. Also attached are the minutes from the meeting held on 25 March in Edinburgh and an updated version of the WS1 work plan for 2015-16. Please let me know if there are any amendments or corrections for the minutes.

Robin and I are drafting a short document outlining the process including central coordination for handling multidisciplinary data. For this we are using the MCZ data sets and your input relating to the Round 3 Renewables data as examples/case studies. This document together with the draft DAC Annual Report will be distributed shortly.

I can now confirm that the next DAC Working Group meeting will take place in London on 14th July from 11:00 to 16:00 (end time is approx..)
