[Medin_dacwg] Invitation to bid for "Direct Access to DAC Data" development projects

Dear MEDIN DAC Working group,

As discussed at the recent MEDIN DAC working group meeting, £30K (including VAT) is available in the MEDIN budget to support development projects at 1-3 DACs. The funds are specifically to be used to increase the number of datasets that are available as "direct access" from a MEDIN metadata record. This will improve our aim to have data available within "two clicks" from a MEDIN metadata record.

This is an invitation to all MEDIN DACs to submit proposals for this money by Friday 17th June  2016.

Projects will be prioritised based on the success criteria detailed in the attachment.
