It is a work in progress as I am still formulating my thoughts but I wanted to give you something to work with as the deadline is close and I’d really appreciate your input at this stage. There are quite a few questions that I am opting not to reply to. The
deadline for submissions is the 14<sup>th</sup> July so please can I can have all suggestions by
