[Medin_partners] Microsoft forms issue- MEDIN partners questionnaire

I've been informed that some of you are having technical issues opening the questionnaire in Microsoft forms. Please contact me as soon as you can if this is affecting you and I shall send you an excel version of the questionnaire to complete and send back to me. I apologise for this inconvenience, and big thanks to everyone who's completed it so far!

There is one week left to fill out the questionnaire - deadline 16th October. We would be grateful if you could complete it at your earliest convenience, to help us understand, from your perspective, how involved your organisation is in MEDIN and what we can do to improve your experience and opportunities within the network.


Only one reply per organisation is required.
