[Medin_partners] MEDIN Business Plan - Consultation 1

Dear MEDIN Partners,

As many of you know, we have started the exciting process of writing a new Business Plan for the Marine Environmental Data and Information Network (MEDIN). Over the past year, we have been collecting stakeholder requirements and, since March, a small group of MEDIN partners have started the process of pulling all those ideas together. We are aiming to have a completed draft ready for November 2023 and plan to consult you at each stage of drafting.

So, as a first step, please find attached a couple of pages detailing MEDIN's draft vision, mission, goals and high-level objectives for 2024-2029.

I would be extremely grateful if you could review these with your colleagues and leadership teams to ensure that these strategic areas will meet your organisation's needs for MEDIN over the next five years.

Please provide your organisation's coordinated feedback using the attached spreadsheet by 28th July 2023.
