[Medin_standards] Series/Dataset distinction

All,
At the last MEDIN Standards meeting there was an action on me to provide some extended examples of what is a 'dataset' and also define what is a 'series'. It is important to get these correct else we may flood the portal with too many or too few metadata records. I have made a first draft attempt in the attached - any comments are welcome.
Details and papers for the next meeting on the 15th June (10.30-16.00) at BGS in Edinburgh will follow nearer the time.
