All,
Please find 2 papers attached for the meeting on Monday.
1) Short review of INSPIRE Data Specifications written by Steve Wilkinson and myself. This should be used as an introduction to the topic as Steve and Kieran who were involved in the drafting groups will be joining us by phone for the agenda item and will give further details. If you want to read the specifications themselves then they are available at http://inspire.ec.europa.eu/index.cfm/pageid/201/consultation/45851
2) The report on the testing of the discovery metadata tools. This is most relevant to the organisations who are responsible for the tools.
Best Wishes
Mark

All
As per discussions last week initiated by Steve, the next MEDIN Standards meeting will now be on Monday the 8th August. Details will follow but the start time may be a little later if it allows folk to travel in the morning rather than the evening before.
Best Wishes
Mark

Mark / All
I am really sorry about this - we did have flexibility in our holidays but the friend that we will be staying with does not. So the only dates we can all do are the 25th July to the 5th August. This unfortunately means that I wont be able to make this date (I am afraid that the thought of suggesting to my wife I take a day off to go from Cornwall to Edinburgh does not fill me with that much enthusiasm). Would it suit people if we pushed this back another week to the week of the 8th?
Sorry about this
Steve
