Attached are the draft minutes from the last meeting - please provide any comments back to me within a month.

I propose to hold the next meeting in London on the 1, 2 or 3rd May. Please let me know if you are unavailable on any of these dates by 6th February (1 week).

Lastly - there is an action on me to send round the mapping from the fields of the data guidelines to the MEDIN discovery metadata standard elements. It is available at http://www.oceannet.org/marine_data_standards/medin_approved_standards/documents/medin_dgs_vs_disc_metadata.doc
