MEDIN Metadata Standards and Tools Workshop
Tuesday 28th January 2014, 9:30 - 16:00

MEDIN is pleased to announce that, due to popular demand, another MEDIN Metadata Standards and Tools Workshop will take place at the National Oceanography Centre, Southampton on Tuesday 28th January 2014.

Aim: To improve the knowledge and use of MEDIN standards and the tools that support them. The workshop comprises a series of talks, demonstrations and practicals to help users become familiar with:
*         The MEDIN discovery metadata standard.
*         MEDIN data guidelines
*         Controlled vocabularies

Location:      National Oceanography Centre,
European Way
Southampton SO14 3ZH
United Kingdom

The workshop will start at 9:30, and run to 4:00pm.

Lunch and refreshments will be provided, including a vegetarian option.  Please let me know if you have any other dietary requirements.
