[Medin_standards] attendance for upcoming Standards Working Group meeting

Dear Standards Working Group members,

Can you please confirm for me if and how you will attend the upcoming Standards Working Group meeting here in Liverpool on 30 June, from 11:30 to 16:00?

I have received confirmation from some of you (see attached e-mail) so could anyone who has not responded but still intends to come please let me know as soon as possible so that I can start making plans, both in terms of VC and teleconference arrangements, and in terms of arranging refreshments and for building access.

I am drafting an agenda and will be sending it out, along with any relevant papers if necessary, early next week.
