[Medin_standards] Report on FishDAC progress at Cefas

Hi all,

I thought it would be prudent to send you what Mary has asked me to read out at the MEDIN meeting today.  That way it's easier to minute.

'FishDAC progress
Over the last year the majority of effort has been concentrated on getting (approx. 60) the Fisheries metadata and data into a fit state to publish externally. (Problems with uploading metadata to MEDIN).
Due to the transition of the Cefas website to gov.uk The original FishDAC section of the Cefas  website will be archived on the National Archive site and a new cefas commercial website is being developed and will be online in a few weeks time. We have a data section on this new site which will include Fishdac and a placeholder for the view and download system when developed.'

I will be attempting to cover for Joanna Whittle today but I am new to this job and haven't got any real knowledge of FishDAC.  I am happy to accept any queries on any of my colleagues behalf.
