[Medin_standards] video-conference facilities

Dear MEDIN Standards Working Group,

One of the outcomes of the last meeting was that we are to trial having some virtual meetings of the group over the coming year. To this end, I need to assess what VC facilities are most suitable for us to use. I am aware though that some of you may have restrictions on what software you are able to use, or install. Therefore, could I ask please that those of you who wish to be part of these virtual meetings please ask your IT department what software you use for VC, and also what software they would be comfortable being installed on your systems e.g. Visimeet, GoToMeeting etc.
