[Medin_standards] new operational Standards mailing list

Dear MEDIN colleagues,

MEDIN are considering creating a new Standards mailing list. The new mailing list would contain details of Standards Working Group meetings and their subsequent minutes and discussion topics to drive the operational agenda for the Standards Work Stream.

This would then allow this current mailing list be used for announcements about changes to the MEDIN Discovery Standard and Data Guidelines, software and other more wide ranging issues. By filtering content into two lists, it should ensure that list participants only get the emails that are of relevance to them.

If you wish to sign up for the new list, please contact me. If you foresee the creation of this new mailing list as causing any issues, I will be happy to discuss them with you.
