[Medin_standards] New co-chair of MEDIN Standards Working Group

Dear MEDIN Standards Working Group,


I am delighted to welcome Mike Nelson (JNCC) as the new co-chair of the MEDIN Standards Working Group. Mike will co-chair the working group with Sean Gaffney from the MEDIN Core Team.


Mike will take over the role immediately and I'm sure you will all support him as he gets to know more about the work that the group does.
