[Medin_standards] v3.1.2 MEDIN Profile Schematron & Example XML

Hello Everyone,

Just a quick announcement for those wish to validate v3.1.2 XML metadata records on their own systems and/or would like an example of how the XML for v3.1.2 datasets, series and service metadata records are encoded.

The new v3.1.2 MEDIN Profile Schematron and v3.1.2 example XML records are now available to download from the MEDIN Website<https://medin.org.uk/medin-discovery-metadata-standard> and the MEDIN Github<https://github.com/medin-marine/Discovery-Standard-public-content>.
